Ordering a custom portrait from our website is a simple and straightforward process. First, browse through our  collection of portrait themes and select the one that resonates with you the most. Once you’ve made your choice, upload a high-quality photo of yourself, the person, or the pet you want to be portrayed. After you’ve uploaded the photo, proceed to checkout and place your order. Our team of artists will then start working on your portrait transformation.

Once your portrait is ready, we’ll send you a preview. You can approve it or request any edits you’d like!

Can I preview my portrait before it’s finalized?

Absolutely! We believe in customer satisfaction, and we want you to be completely happy with your portrait. That’s why we provide a preview before finalizing it. Once our artists have completed your portrait, we will send you a digital preview. You can request revisions if there are any changes you’d like us to make.

How long does it take to receive my portrait?

Creating a custom portrait requires skill, precision, and time. Our artists typically take 2 business days to create your portrait. However, during peak seasons or due to high demand, this timeframe may vary.

–  Once you approve the artwork, we will send you the High-Resolution digital file within 24 hours.

–  Your artwork will be ready for your review within 2 business days of receiving your photos.
–  Once you approve the artwork, the printing process will take approximately 2-4 business days.
–  The estimated delivery time after your portrait is printed: 3-6 business days.

Please Note: If the revision process takes longer than 1-2 business days, the production time for your order may be extended.
